This Refund Policy applies to all hosting services, domain services, and digital products provided by Next Wave Host. Because our services are digital and provisioned instantly, they cannot be “returned.” Instead, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.

30‑Day Hosting Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30‑day refund guarantee on eligible hosting services. If 30 days have passed since your initial purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.

Eligible for Refund

The following services may be refunded within 30 days of purchase:

• Shared Hosting plans
• Reseller Hosting plans
• VPS Hosting (managed or unmanaged)
• Cloud hosting services
• Add‑on hosting features (if included in the hosting plan)

Not Eligible for Refund

Because these services are registered, activated, or provisioned instantly, they cannot be refunded:

• Domain registrations
• Domain transfers
• Domain renewals
• SSL certificates
• Dedicated IP addresses
• Software licenses (cPanel, WHMCS, Softaculous, etc.)
• Any service marked as “non‑refundable” at checkout
• Services suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

Service Usage and Abuse

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The account was used for prohibited activities
• The service was suspended for abuse, spam, or policy violations
• Excessive resource usage occurred that impacted server stability
• The customer requested cancellation after significant usage of server resources

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund request is reviewed, you will receive an email confirming approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company — posting times vary.
3. Contact your bank — some refunds take several business days.

Promotional or Discounted Services

Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate may be refunded only at the amount paid, not at the regular price.

Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• SSL certificates
• Software licenses
• Partially used monthly services
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
• Custom server configurations or one‑time setup fees
